Operation and Maintenance of Cream Dispensing Pump

4) Procedure
4.1 Preparation
- Ensure the work area and equipment are clean and sanitized before starting the dispensing process.
- Verify the availability and integrity of cream formulations ready for dispensing.
- Inspect the cream dispensing pump, including pump head, tubing, and controls, to ensure they are clean and in good working condition.
4.2 Dispensing Process
- Set up the dispensing pump according to the specifications of the cream formulation.
- Prime the pump and adjust the dispensing rate as per operational requirements.
- Start the dispensing process and monitor the pump to ensure accurate dispensing of cream into containers or packaging.
4.3 Cleaning and Maintenance
