1) Purpose

4) Procedure
4.1 Preparation
- Verify the availability of cream formulation ingredients and batch records.
- Inspect the heating mixer for cleanliness and proper functioning of heating elements, mixing blades, and temperature controls.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including checking emergency shut-off mechanisms.
4.2 Mixing and Heating Process
- Set the desired temperature and mixing speed according to batch specifications.
- Add cream ingredients into the mixer and initiate heating and mixing.
- Monitor the process to ensure uniform heating and blending of cream.
