Standard Operating Procedure for Developing E-Learning Modules for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Awareness

1) Purpose

The purpose of this SOP is to provide a structured approach for developing e-learning modules to enhance Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) awareness among employees, ensuring accessibility, consistency, and regulatory compliance.

2) Scope

This SOP applies to all departments and personnel involved in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining e-learning modules for EHS awareness within the organization.

3) Responsibilities

  • EHS Manager: Approve the content and oversee the e-learning module development process.
  • Instructional Designer: Design and structure e-learning content to ensure effectiveness and engagement.
  • Content Developers: Create and compile accurate, up-to-date EHS training materials for the modules.
  • IT Team: Support the technical development and deployment of the e-learning platform.
  • Employees: Complete assigned e-learning modules within the stipulated timeframe.

4.1 Planning E-Learning Modules
