4) Procedure

4.1 Preparation

3. Inspect the gel mixing tank, including agitators and temperature control systems, to ensure they are clean and operational.

4.2 Mixing Process

1. Set up the mixing parameters such as agitation speed, mixing time, and temperature according to the gel formulation requirements.
2. Load the ingredients into the mixing tank in the specified order and start the mixing process.
3. Monitor the mixing process to ensure uniform dispersion of ingredients and achieve the desired gel consistency.
