1) Purpose

4) Procedure

  1. Preventive Maintenance Schedule
    1. Develop a preventive maintenance schedule for forklifts and pallet jacks based on manufacturer recommendations and operational usage.
    2. Schedule regular inspections and maintenance tasks, including lubrication, fluid checks, and component inspections.
  2. Inspection and Maintenance Tasks
    1. Inspect forklifts and pallet jacks before each use for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction.
    2. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, brake inspections, and tire checks.
  3. Repair and Service
