- Assign specific maintenance tasks to qualified personnel.
- Document the schedule and ensure it is communicated to relevant departments.
- Preventive Maintenance Tasks
- Inspect equipment components such as brakes, hydraulics, tires, and safety features.
- Lubricate moving parts and adjust tension belts as needed.
- Test emergency stop systems and alarms.
- Verify alignment and functionality of conveyor systems.
- Corrective Maintenance Procedures
- Address reported issues promptly to minimize disruption to material handling operations.
