Purpose

Procedure
- Segregation of Products:
- Separate different products based on their characteristics, such as potency, allergenicity, and hazard level.
- Use dedicated storage areas, shelves, or containers for each product to prevent mixing and cross-contact.
- Implement color-coding or labeling systems to easily identify and distinguish between different products.
- Cleaning and Sanitization:
- Establish regular cleaning schedules for equipment, surfaces, and work areas to remove potential contaminants.
- Use appropriate cleaning agents and disinfectants to effectively sanitize equipment and surfaces.
- Implement cleaning validation procedures to ensure the effectiveness of cleaning practices.
- Personal Hygiene Practices:
- Enforce strict personal hygiene practices among warehouse personnel, including hand washing, wearing clean uniforms, and using appropriate protective gear.
- Provide training on proper hygiene practices and reinforce the importance of maintaining cleanliness to prevent cross-contamination.
- Implement procedures for personnel handling hazardous or allergenic products to prevent spread and contamination.
- Equipment and Tool Management:
